It has been impossible to miss the uproar over allegations that members of the Trump team had inappropriate communications with Russian interests, complete with speculations over alleged Russian interference in the US presidential election on Mr. Trump’s behalf.
There has been no proof of any of these allegations. In fact, we are now witnessing the opposite – that perhaps it was the Obama administration that tapped Mr. Trump’s offices in the Trump Tower during the election, funneling that information to Mrs. Clinton and her campaign staff. If so, the term “Obamagate” would be very appropriate.
As if all of this intrigue isn’t enough to fill a couple detective novels, we now have the recent dump of enormous amounts of hacking tools and documents on the internet by WikiLeaks. It has been reported that every tool the CIA possesses for conducting electronic surveillance is now publicly available. Yet there is even more.
Rush Limbaugh has just made an interesting observation. It starts like this: “Hidden in the over 8,000 documents released by WikiLeaks about the CIA was one that fascinated talk show host Rush Limbaugh because it links to the connections concerning Obama spying on President Donald Trump’s campaign.”
Here is the key discovery that will create even more turmoil: “‘By the way, in the WikiLeaks dump today of thousands and thousands of documents from the CIA, do you know what is included? A little program called UMBRAGE. What this program is, apparently the CIA has the ability to mimic Russian hackers. In other words, the CIA has the ability to hack anybody they want and make it look like the Russians are doing it,’ Rush said.”
The implications are enormous given the stakes. Rush points out that, “[s]o far we don’t have any evidence the Russians did anything! But we have all kinds of supposition that the American deep state is deeply involved in whatever sabotage is being conducted on the Trump administration.” If the WikiLeaks documents are correct, the “deep state” certainly has the tools to do that.
Limbaugh clinches the essence of the matter that should concern us all right here. “‘(S)o I think because of everything that we’re learning here, the danger that Donald Trump has faced ever since he won the election is greater than we’ve ever known,’ he said. ‘The establishment of this country — whatever you want to call it, the ruling class — is desperate. We’re living in times they never thought possible or didn’t consider likely, and that is somebody from outside their group being president, being vice president, being secretary of state, being secretary of commerce, being attorney general. This kind of thing, this is such an assault, and it’s got them in a state of panic.'”
Those of us who call ourselves conservatives are trying to take this country back from those of incredible wealth and power with globalist objectives who are used to calling the shots while operating under the radar. The calling out of George Soros represents just a tip of the iceberg. President Trump, a sharp guy to begin with, has probably gotten the education of his life regarding the “deep state” since being elected and inaugurated as president.
May his efforts and those of individuals working to restore this government to the people of this country meet with success.
