The Left can say a lot of negative things about Trump…and they do. In fact, it’s a good bet that during the entire length of his presidency, you will never hear a single positive thing about him or his policies. One thing they cannot say about Trump is that he doesn’t know business. That is truly one of his strong points that they cannot take away from him.
One of his favorite targets during the campaign was the inability of the government to do anything right when it came to spending the taxpayers’ hard-earned money. As a businessman who made his mark on the business world by getting projects done ahead of schedule and under budget, it literally drove him nuts to see the US government so horribly inept as to not even be able to keep from going over budget on every project it initiated.
Recently, President Trump had the ability to do something that should have been done a million years ago. With a bunch of industry CEO lapdogs of the Leftist Establishment crying about the KKK, Trump reveled in the ability to give back to the American people a small thank you. He abolished the useless Business Advisory Council!
The Daily Caller:
President Donald Trump disbanded both his Manufacturing and Strategic and Policy Forum Councils Wednesday afternoon, after a number of CEOs dropped out following his response to the Charlottesville protests.
“Rather than putting pressure on the businesspeople of the Manufacturing Council & Strategy & Policy Forum, I am ending both. Thank you all!” Trump tweeted.

Eleven of the 28 members of the president’s Manufacturing Advisory Council had already dropped out as of Wednesday afternoon prior to the president’s announcement, with more than a handful citing Trump’s failure to specifically call out white supremacist groups and denounce acts of violence committed in Charlottesville Friday and Saturday.
The CEOs of Under Armour, Merck & Co., Inc., and Intel dropped out of the council Monday, followed soon after by Richard Trumka and Thea Lee of AFL-CIO.
After the CEOs made their exit known, Trump tweeted Tuesday evening, “for every CEO that drops out of the Manufacturing Council, I have many to take their place. Grandstanders should not have gone on. JOBS!”

The president generated a great deal of backlash when he returned to blaming “both sides,” apparently meaning white supremacist and radical leftist groups, for the violence in Charlottesville, which left one woman dead after a white supremacist drove his car into a crowd of protestors.
“What about the alt-left that came charging at, as you say, the alt-right? Do they have any semblance of guilt?” Trump asked at a Tuesday press conference that was supposed to announce his administration’s infrastructure plan.
“What about the fact they came charging with clubs in their hands, swinging clubs. Do they have any problem?” he said. “I think they do.”
There are no two ways about it. When it comes to getting the job done, Trump bears down and focuses on the problems at hand. The Left can hem and haw and contrive Fake News all day long, attempting to derail a very important and impactful presidency.
At the end of the day, all the Fake News Industrial Complex comes up with a concocted White Supremacist story that fans the flames of discontent among Millennials who have no concept of US History and want to erase it! At the end of Trump’s day, his supporters stand with him 100% because he’s actually doing the job for which he was elected!
