One of our biggest complaints about Barack Obama has been the way he has handled any foreign policy situations. He has made extreme efforts to bow in front of most foreign dignitaries. He has been clear in his lack of support for Israel. Under his leadership, he allowed his former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to do nothing in Benghazi, which led to the loss of American lives.
With the rise of ISIS in the past few years, it has been critical for Obama to protect his country in the midst of such horrific events. And he’s done nothing.
So take a wild guess as to how Obama would respond to the assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey.
Nothing at all.
Thankfully, our President-Elect had some strong language to say about that horrific event.
The Political Insider gives some perspective:
Unlike Barack Obama, who refuses to use the term “radical Islamic terror,” President-elect Donald Trump isn’t afraid to call out our real enemy.
Over the last 48 hours, we’ve seen at least 3 horrific terrorist attacks. Gunmen killed 10 people and injured another 27 in Jordan. 12 were killed and 48 injured when someone used a massive truck to plow into a Christmas market – eerily similar to the Islamic terrorist attack in Nice, France.
And of course, a Turkish police officer assassinated the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, while shouting “Allahu Akbar.”
While Barack Obama tip-toes around the problem and the bodies mount, President-elect Trump is speaking the truth:
US President-elect Donald Trump had harsh words for radical Islamism as he condemned the murder of the Russian ambassador to Turkey and the truck attack on a crowded Christmas market in Berlin.
“Today we offer our condolences to the family and loved ones of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov, who was assassinated by a radical Islamic terrorist. The murder of an ambassador is a violation of all rules of civilized order and must be universally condemned,” Trump said in statement, following the Ankara shooting.
Donald Trump has made it perfectly clear that when he takes the Presidential Oath of Office, he will indeed act as a true Commander-In-Chief. We greatly hope President-Elect Trump is a man of his word and will do what he said he would do in dealing with radical Islam extremism.
It is, after all, one of the main reasons we elected him, isn’t it?
