Should President Trump Ask Jeff Sessions To Resign, Recuse, Or Remain As Attorney General?

The Democrats are in an uproar today, calling for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to resign, after reports have come out to say that he had conversations with Russia last year, while he was campaigning on behalf of now President Trump.

During Jeff Sessions hearing to become Attorney General, he had said that he would recuse himself, should any of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal continued, as he was a US Senator during the initial investigations. Fast forward to now as the Trump administration is trying to uncover the truth about Russia, some are asking for him to recuse himself on this particular issue.

Lastly, Senator Ted Cruz has come out in defense of Attorney General Sessions, calling this attack on him a “nothing burger.”

So what do you think? Should President Trump ask for the resignation of Jeff Sessions, ask for him to recuse himself from the Russia investigation, or stand his ground and continue to business as usual?
