There is a serious problem brewing in our relations with our North Korean neighbors that has President Trump contemplating his next step and he wants to make sure it’s the right one, for all our sakes!
So what does President Trump do? He calls in the big guns!
The President has called for a briefing with the Senate, to discuss the ongoing threat North Korea presents, in the light of their recent nuclear missile testing under the dictates of Kim Jong-un, the loud-mouthed leader of the beleaguered Communist nation.
The entire Senate, all 100 members, have been requested to attend the meeting in the White House by President Trump and other top officials of his administration including Secretary of State Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford.
From Right Wing News:
ALL top Trump administration officials have called on the entire Senate to join them at the White House for a briefing on North Korea. Yes, all 100 members of the U.S. Senate are invited.
This briefing is going down led by Secretary of State Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Mattis and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats joined by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford…big names and this is a big deal.
What makes this news a little exciting and thrilling at the same time is the fact that it is pretty unusual for the ENTIRE Senate to attend such a briefing that is being hosted by so many TOP U.S. officials.
The fact is, many are left to wonder what exactly is going down and wishing they could for once be a fly on the wall inside this room of big names. Wishing they had the opportunity to be game changers.
Now U.S. intelligence is showing an increase in activity near North Korea’s nuclear test site and their ‘little man’s diseased leader’ Kim Jong-Un has claimed that it is due to preparation for a nuclear test in its “final stage.”
Speaking to a group of 15 U.N. Security Council ambassadors, President Trump called for more sanctions against North Korea and said the current status quo is “unacceptable.”
“This is a real threat to the world, whether we want to talk about it or not. North Korea is a big world problem and it’s a problem that we have to finally solve,” he added.
Of course, the big question at the top of everyone’s mind is: are we looking at forebodings of the approach of WW3 or something like it? It would seem President Trump is not taking the North Korean dictator’s posturing, lightly, and rightly so.
If Kim Jong-un isn’t quaking in his boots, he should be!
