The feathered, bow-wielding senator from Massachusetts is at it again and this time, she manages to completely embarrass herself.
When a TV host corners and her and ask her a point-blank question, her bumbling reaction is absolutely priceless.
You may or may not be aware, but Senator Elizabeth Warren defrauded hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Bay State when she applied to Harvard as a Native American.
Oh yes, she received a very generous scholarship based on that false claim (for which she has still to this day failed to produce evidence in affirmation).
Because of this, she benefitted by gaming the American education system and the American political system.
Recently, she was stopped in a hallway following a speech and was asked by a reporter if she saw the hypocrisy in the fact that she was in fact one of those 1-percenters she’s always slamming in the press.
And how did Warren react?
“Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D), a devout progressive, was confronted recently over her hypocrisy on America’s top ‘one percent’ of income earners. Her response said it all.
WRKO-FM host Jeff Kuhner confronted Warren in the hallway of a radio studio this week over her position on America’s top ‘one percent,’ a group that Warren herself is a member of.
The progressive senator regularly decries the ‘one percent’ and says they don’t ‘pay their fair share.’
‘You often say — and I agree with you — that the ’99 percent’ are getting shafted by the ‘1 percent.’
Let me ask you this.
A lot of people, especially my listeners, say you live in Cambridge. You have a $2 million mansion, plus you’re a multi-millionaire yourself.
So how can you rail against the ‘1 percent,’ when you are and live like the ‘1 percent?’
But Warren dodged the question — so Kuhner pressed her on it.
‘But you are part of the 1 percent?’ the radio host persisted. ‘You are a multi-millionaire and have a mansion in Cambridge, do you not? It’s worth north of $2 million.’
STORY CONTINUES BELOW…
‘I had opportunities because America invested in kids like me,’ Warren responded. ‘And that’s the reason I’m in public office, so I can make sure the next kid…’
‘Yeah, I know,’ Kuhner interrupted. ‘But you are part of the 1 percent and you’re railing on the 1 percent. You don’t see the hypocrisy there?’”
Before her assistant ushered her out of that very dangerous situation, Warren could be seen to be visibly angry at the question.
After all, a lowly taxpayer who deigns to ask a question of the revered senator is unconscionable!
When it comes down to brass tacks, this woman is as pathetic and ill-equipped to be making decisions on the part of Americans; she should at least admit that.
These people need to bow out and make room for a youthful (and truthful) take on the political future of a party that is morally bankrupt.
