California Drops Atomic Bomb On President Trump — Donald Is Completely Stunned Speechless!

Three months ago, the Army Corps of Engineers was sent out on a specific mission to San Diego, California. They weren’t there to assess Seismic activity, nor to make a count of the supposedly endangered Delta Smelt fish that shut down the water supply to the entire Bread Basket region of US farmlands.

This mission was the initial planning stages of the Trump Border Wall that was going to be built, starting in San Diego on the west coast and stretching inland from that point. Why San Diego? Well, if you’re up on your immigration news, San Diego is the single flashpoint in the fight against illegal aliens jumping our border because it happens to be the weakest link in our border patrol network. More illegals pour over the border into San Diego more than at any other US point along the southern lines. If you’re keeping score, San Diego also happens to have one of the highest illegal crime rates in the nation, with drug and human trafficking being at the forefront. Coincidence?

Trump’s philosophy was to begin by weakening the EPA standards for construction under the auspices of national security and border safety. After that was done (which was completely legal, by the way) the Army Corps of Engineers arrived to begin planning the Wall construction. Trump has just received news that California has dropped a lawsuit (surprise, surprise…) over said construction!

Fox News:

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced Wednesday that the state will sue the Trump administration over one of President Trump’s paramount campaign promises—the border wall.

Becerra’s lawsuit, which targets planned projects in San Diego and Imperial counties, marks the latest shot in California’s legal and legislative war against Trump.

The state essentially has emerged as the heart of the Trump “resistance,” pumping out lawsuits against his immigration policies and even passing a resolution Friday in the Assembly censuring Trump for his comments on the violence stemming from white nationalist protests in Charlottesville, Va.

Becerra’s latest lawsuit charged that the Trump administration “violated the U.S. Constitution, failed to comply with federal and state environmental laws, and relied on a federal statute that does not authorize the proposed projects.”

That’s dangerous.”

The lawsuit comes as Trump works with Congress to try and secure funding for a border wall — though the specifics of the project itself remain unclear.

The president issued an executive order in January calling for securing the “southern border of the United States through the immediate construction of a physical wall on the southern border, monitored and supported by adequate personnel so as to prevent illegal immigration, drug and human trafficking and acts of terrorism.”

Fun Fact: The United States has over 300 sanctuary cities in 32 states! If that’s not enough for you, the US taxpayer will spend over $1B in Social Security and welfare fraud stemming solely from illegal aliens, as well as the funding of education and healthcare for illegals, and nearly $400M in law enforcement cracking down on identity theft, false ID patronage, and food stamp fraud. My vote is for the Wall.
