Should Congress Remove Federal Judge That Blocked Deportation Of 1,444 Illegals?

President Trump has been working to protect all Americans from those who aim to cause it harm.

In this particular case, the president had reached an agreement with the country of Iraq – that they would accept and receive their own countryman back who had been living in the United States illegally. Not only that, it must be made known that many of these illegal Iraqis were criminal illegals, who had broken more laws besides the one of entering America without proper documentation.

Now a federal judge in Detroit, Judge Mark Goldsmith, has indefinitely blocked all deportations of these criminal illegals until their trials are complete, thanks to the ACLU, who is representing them.

For now, 1,444 Iraqi illegals are now free to roam about the country, with the potential of causing harm and grave danger to American citizens.

What do you think? If Judge Goldsmith is going to legislate from the bench and sabotage the president’s plans with Iraq, is this judge deserving of a Congressional removal from his post?
