Is the Democrat Party’s new motto, “Division is the new inclusion?”
With a massive exodus going on within the Democrat Party for several different reasons, one would think that they would shy away from very abusive, bigoted, racist and otherwise ostracizing language when speaking about new candidates for the party’s staff positions. If you thought that, you guessed wrong.
Apparently, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) believes that the future of the party can only be achieved by engendering a prejudiced view of the country; particularly if that prejudice is only centering on cisgender straight white males. Yup! That’s right! If you were born a man, aren’t gay, you’re white and you “profess” to be a man (because you were…well…born a man) then you cannot be in the Democrat club. At least, not any more.
According to DNC, despite telling Americans AFTER the election that, of course, they love white straight men, especially when they represent working class middle America, they now have revealed through a leaked email that they don’t really believe that. And even though their words are much more expressive than their deeds, they have nonetheless tried to walk back what they obviously believe in private. Welcome to the new Democrat Party!

Employees within the Democratic National Committee are looking for new employees in the Technology Department. However, the DNC is apparently not interested in your resume if you happen to be a white male.
In an email issued to DNC insiders on Monday, Data Services manager Madeleine Leader announced that the Technology Department is looking to fill several positions and asked interested parties to forward the openings to their colleagues.
She included the following caveat:
I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.
In response to this email, an anonymous DNC source told The Daily Wire the following:
Clearly the DNC is doubling down on a failed strategy that has alienated staffers and voters alike. We want to be judged based on the quality of our work, not on identity politics. How can we trust the leadership of the DNC if they don’t even trust us?
The Daily Wire contacted Ms. Leader about the contents of her email, but she declined to comment.
After the latest scandals to plague the Democratic National Committee during the 2016 presidential election, the new leadership under Tom Perez and Keith Ellison (D-MN) seek to rebrand the party as a more inclusive and welcoming community. Unfortunately, this email doesn’t exactly help their case.
It is intriguing to watch a party imploding from within when the answer to stop the exodus sits right before their eyes. It’s interesting to watch them as they mime the words that, if truthfully enacted, would solve this loss of voters. Instead, they say the words, but don’t believe the words. It’s absolutely fascinating to watch.
The very people they claimed that they had NOT forgotten are the exact people they detest openly (although only behind closed doors). People are leaving the party and I guess we should just be grateful for their refusal to do the right thing. Perhaps we should be thanking the Democrat leadership for their utter ignorance, arrogance and outward, angry bigotry, sexism and racism. Thank you, Democrats!
